Central Street welcomes Oliver's Trains and Toys

Bring your kids next time you head to Central Street shopping district! Oliver's Trains & Toys, newly located at 2002 Central Street (the former Beadazzled space), brings some kid-friendly fun to the area. The shop has been open since the last week of March, and is owned and operated by husband and wife Bogdan and Siri Rogalski.

"We are a kid-friendly toy store," Bogdan said. "Believe it or not, not all toy stores are like that."

Oliver's offers "an amazing variety of toys that is right for the neighborhood" with its selection of Brio, Maxim and Thomas wooden train sets, Bogdan said. Even though the couple resides in Wilmette, they opened the store in Evanston partially because of the great environment Central Street offers.

"It's the best location in Evanston," Bogdan said. "It's like a small town, community feel on Central Street."

The Rogalskis said that Oliver's has been getting great feedback from customers, so check it out for yourself or visit www.oliverstrains.com.
