Central Street Neighbors Association

The Citizens' Lighthouse Community Land Trust, Evanston's nonprofit dedicated to creating permanently affordable housing, will hold its anuual meeting on Sunday, May 17, 2009 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at St. Nicholas Church, 806 Ridge Ave., in Evanston.  State Rep. Julie Hamos (D-18th) and Bob Palmer, Policy Director for Housing Action Illinois, will be the featured speakers. A special appearance by Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky is also scheduled. Information on the land trust concept will be available. Interested members of the public are invited to attend. There is no charge.
